Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Are these toys safe for my child to play with?
A: McFarlane figures are collectible items that are not intended for small children.  Due to the plastic and small pieces, these figures are only intended for those 12 and older.

Q: Can I phone or fax an order in?
A: We currently don't have ordering by phone but we will gladly accept your orders via fax.  Use the shopping cart to determine the shipping amount then just fax us the product names, quantities, and price along with the total shipping amount.  Please be sure to include the shipping and credit card information.   We will need your billing/shipping information:  full name, address, city, state, zip, email address, and phone.  For credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) please include name on card, card type, card number, expiration date, and security code on back of card.  Fax information to 301-263-7293.

Q: What are Collector Level figures?
A: Collector Level figures are an expansion of the chase or variant figures normally offered by McFarlane.  There are six levels to the program; Bronze, Silver, Gold, Premier, All-Star, and MVP.  Each level has a limited production range.  Most standard figures in every sport and series will have a Collector Level figure or chase figure.

Q: How can Collector Level figures be identified?
A: Collector Level figures have alternate uniforms, base variations, trophies, awards, accessories, authentic player signatures, original or replica sports memorabilia, or actual uniform or equipment pieces.  The base is clearly labeled with a sequential number.
