Browse through our pages to select the items you want. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add items to your shopping cart. Click on the "View Cart" button to view the items in your cart and to check out.

At check out, the shipping will be calculated, then you will be asked for your shipping address along with your credit card information. All Credit Card transactions are secure. We can also take your credit card information over the phone. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send an email with your order information.

The Fine Print
- Maximum order quantity on each item is 2. Some items are available in much higher quantities. Please email for current stock quantities. - Orders will ship UPS ground Or USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. All packages over 4 lbs will ship UPS ground with insurance. Orders shipped to a PO Box and most international orders will ship via the United States Post Office. - All orders will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis. - If any item is sold out, your Paypal account will be credited within 48 hours. You will also be notified by email. Paypal will credit your credit card. - Shipping rates are for shipments within the U.S. (lower 48 states). Rates slightly higher for Hawaii and Alaska. We will ship figures internationally. Please email for the exact rates. - Most in stock orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed late Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If expedited shipping is desired, please email. - Canadian figures are the same as U.S. figures but the packaging has trilingual labeling (although it is not much of a difference). Since we can't always control the type of packaging, we may substitute "trilingual" packaging at any time. - Preorders are given preferred shipment since they are paid in advance. - Preorder ship dates are approximate dates. Actual ship dates depend on McFarlane's shipping schedules. - Preorders are nonrefundable unless item does not arrive in stock. - McFarlane Toys is now limiting quantities and orders. If you place a preorder for a particular figure, there is a chance that the figure may never arrive in our shipments. If so, your money will be refunded. - All preorders are charged in advance. - If order contains "in stock" items and "preorder" items, all items will ship together once the preorders arrive. - All cases are unopened factory sealed cases. The assortments in the cases will vary. Typically, there is a complete set of figures with at least one variation inserted. However, McFarlane Toys and Lipshaw Toys cannot guarantee a complete set, variations, or assortments in any case. - If you desire mint condition figures, please let us know. We typically ship out collector grade (near mint to mint) figures, however when remaining stock is low, we may ship out standard grade figures. Standard grade figures may have slight blemishes or minor dents. - Not responsible for typographical errors in description or prices. - All prices are in U.S. dollars.
